I saw a great editorial cartoon showing the world's G20 leaders greating Bush with a sad face and an admission "oh, we were hoping the good president would be here".
A relative showed me one this weekend with Obama in a room with a choking USA at the dinner table. Obama did a Hemlich on the poor fellow and out popped W.
