New Energy Hieroglyphics

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) [press release] has come out with a new and improved symbol to warn the public about nuclear hazards.  Run Lola, Run!

They also have a item on the use of nukes for desalination and hydrogen production. In my opinion, this is the real motivation for the Bush Administration's sudden interest in that storage technology; the link with nuclear. Also the money they put into long-term hydrogen R&D came from near-term high mileage automobile R&D that the Clinton Administration was supporting.

That switch probably helped the walking dead dinosaurs of Detroit feel good. Just like with their ethanol support, no major technological changes required anytime soon.
