Wow! UK Night in Austin
Jul. 1st, 2007 12:00 amJust got through watching a bit of Corinne Bailey Rae (from Leeds) on Austin City Limits. I was seriously impressed.
KT Tunstall (from St Andrews, Scotland) did the last bit of the show, and was quite good also, but Ms. Rae blew me away.
I wonder which commune in Vermont Ms. Tunstall used to live on. We may have mutual friends. :)
I used to live in a variety of places in Vermont in my younger years. In those days (early 80s), I was primarily a solar and wind instructor at the Social Ecology program at Goddard College and later at the Institute for Social Ecology.
I still miss Vermont and my friends who still live there although I'm sure it has changed quite a bit since I last lived there. As with most things over a couple decades. (sigh)
