Woke up this morning to NPR [National Public Radio] as is my usual practice.  The last segment of the show was an interview with Joan Armatrading who has just released a new blues album.  Lots in the piece reminded me of my particularly musically minded friend (yes, you!) here on LJ.  Still something for everyone.  After all, it is the blues...and Armatrading.
