Cindy Sheehan calls out the Democrats and peaceniks before resigning her organized movement efforts. What did she expect? After all, Peace Now is the Democrat's new issue and they'll fight for it.

New Films

I was inspired by some recent postings on favorite films along with the $6.50 ticket price for a matinee of Spider-Man 3 to drop by the local Blockbuster Video and pick up some used DVDs.  Here's the $40 selection.

The Squid and the Whale is one that a correspondent noted.  It better be good.  ;)

Watched the Memoirs of a Geisha yesterday.  Very interesting on the historical level.  The story had a bit to be desired especially given all the acting firepower they had assembled.  Over all, worth watching but no raves.
