"There were numerous reports of large hail and high winds. Between an inch and 1.75 inches of hail were reported at various times during the night near Brady, Hyannis, Oconto and Callaway, the weather service reported. Wind gusted to 73 miles per hour four miles west of North Platte at 2:30 a.m., according to Union Pacific.
Tennis-ball-size was reported to the weather service nine miles east-northeast of Elsmere in Brown County. It lasted for 15 minutes.
The weather service had several reports of golf-ball-size hail across Nebraska. A tornado damaged a Bed And Breakfast building, injuring a person, seven miles southeast of Springview in Keya Paha County. The tornado then moved north, destroying several outbuildings."
