This is a very excellent presentation on why nukes are a bad idea from the author of "Carbon-Free and Nuclear-Free: A Roadmap for U.S. Energy Policy." Arjun Makhijani is the president of the Institute for Energy and Environmental Research. He did his engineering Ph.D. work at Cal-Berkeley on the subject of plasma physics and nuclear fusion.
